A well trained and knowledgeable sales person is important to us. To that end each sales person has to complete a training internship in a production unit so that he/she understands both the products and the production process. In addition to this we provide regular training to update their skills. Overall we want to make certain that our sales team can provide our customer expert advice about furniture and assist them in making informed decisions. Further, open communication lines between the sales, production, and distribution teams ensure seamless and hassle free service.

The after-sales team will also undertake dismantling and packing of furniture purchased at Living Room to facilitate any move.
