We take great pride in the fact that the products we sell are made by us in our factories in India. This enables us to have complete control over product quality and control the entire process starting from the selection of raw materials all the way until your order is polished and carefully packed in one of our facilities. How do I pay?

How long do I have to wait for my products?
We make all products to order based on your requirements. We take up to 30 days to deliver the furniture after you confirm your order and make payment. We will update you when your order is out for delivery and installation.
Are there extra charges for assembling my furniture?

Where all do you deliver and what are your delivery charges?
Delivery and installation is free of cost within our delivery area with a minimum purchase of Rs. 35,000/- We currently deliver to Mumbai, and parts of Greater Mumbai, Pune, and Goa. For service availability in other cities, please contact us for minimum order requirements.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our products and will always work with you to ensure you are happy. Any damage due to mishandling by the customer will not be covered under the warranty.
Remember that your product has been customized to your specific requirement. Please check products at the time of delivery and inform us of any issues at that time.

What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been processed. Your entire order amount will be refunded to you. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed as your furniture order is customized as per your request.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your new furniture. If there’s a problem with an item, please contact us. We’re here to help.
Custom Product Policy: As your furniture is customized as per your order, we are unable to accept any returns for the same. In the unlikely event, if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects, please email us at email@example.com within 2 business days of delivery. Please attach photographs of the defect because it helps us process your request more efficiently. Ensure that the product is in unused condition if it needs to be replaced. Once the claim has been validated by us, we will either replace the damaged component or take other measures necessary to resolve the issue.
