Our journey
Our journey started in 1971 with four helpers and a dream
It has today grown to a medium sized enterprise with over 200,000 satisfied customers. It’s an understatement to say a lot has happened between those early days and now. Today, our company owned and operated retail stores, together with our online presence creates an inspiring setting for our extensive furniture collection. We operate four manufacturing facilities including a fully automated state of the art facility where we use the best machines and tools imported from Europe. And while we still consider ourselves to be Mumbai company at heart, we are now serving customers across India. All of this growth and expansion has been due in large part to the fact that we’ve remained loyal to our original mission of offering quality design at exceptional prices.

The Living Room pioneers the sofa cum bed concept to address the need for space saving urban furniture.
The Living Room is the first local furniture company to start print advertising in the Times of India.
Goa manufacturing commences with a fully automated, assembly line style, state-of-the-art factory.
The spirit of innovation continues with the launch of the Metro foldable bed series for urban homes.
The Living Room's launches a robust e-commerce offering to augment the five company showrooms.

Hi, I had visited the Living Room showroom at Mulund and found that the company is really good in furniture of all kind. I had purchased one dining table set, sofa cum bed, sofa set, one cot – hydraulic operated all in one go. Really good service. I had observed a problem in my cot and I logged a complaint. It was successfully resolved at the earliest post my complaint. Infact I asked them to replace a glass which was not good for the centre table and that too was replaced immediately. The response was good but it would be better if they – Living Room improves still and try to do “Right Right The First Time” being in the industry for more than 20 years. Wishing them all the best.
