- We are not responsible for the fastness of the colour and shrinkage of the furnishing materials.
- We are not responsible for delay due to circumstances beyond control.
- Our responsibility ceases as soon as goods leave our premises.
- Sales is made subject to force-majeure.
- Goods sold are subject to Bombay Jurisdiction.
- We shall try to deliver the goods ordered in time as agreed in the Order Form, but we distinctly decline any responsibility and/or liability in respect of any loss or damages, direct or indirect, occasioned to the buyer by any means through delayed delivery and in no case shall delay in delivery be a ground for rejecting the goods.
- If the fulfilment of the part or the whole of the contract is materially affected by war or war-like situation or any of the regulations of Central and /or State Governments, all extra charged incurred thereby will be on the buyer’s account only. In such cases, we shall also have the option of cancelling the entire and/or remaining part of the order not executed.
- Variations in the grains of wood & veneer are the natural characteristics of good wood & veneer and thus we do not guarantee any matching.
- Goods should be collected within 7 days after we have given notice, that the goods are ready otherwise the clients will have to bear the warehousing charges and it will be kept at their risk and cost.
- Interest will be charged at the rate of 18% on the goods not collected after our notice on whole/balance amount.
- Delivery will be arranged 5 days after payment is received in full and final, in case of cheque only after realization of the cheque.
- If delivery is offered and not taken for any reason whatsoever within 7 days from receipt of intimation you will be liable to pay a sum of Rs. 2000/- per day applicable tax as storage charges, without raising any objections for the same.
- Tapestry/Rexine/Covering material, brought and fixed at customer’s risk. No Guarantee for furnishing Fabric/Rexine.
- The product is delivered to you as per your order hence a request for return will not be entertained.
